introduction

more understanding

We bring our social housing clients together with residential developers and public bodies to help develop more affordable housing in the UK.

It’s important to us that we understand the culture and ethos of social housing. We work closely with our clients, which enables us to appreciate how the law affects their aims, strategies and operations. Our people have worked with the sector for many years, so have experience of the entire range of services our clients require.

These include property, acquisitions and development, plot sales, planning and environmental work, construction contracts, governance, employment matters, tenancies and housing management issues and property litigation. We also have strong relationships with other property-based professionals, such as quantity surveyors, chartered surveyors, planning authorities, property funders and accountants.

We also work closely with lawyers involved in other areas of the real estate sector, particularly commercial house-builders. We believe that by developing ideas together we can generate more opportunities and genuine value for our clients.
